    there is a definite blurring over the nhs/private issue, when the one in pencester road opened they welcomed n.h.s patients with open arms. they later put signs up all around the place reminding people of the benefits of going private. now they are closed to new n.h.s patients and it is very difficult for current patients to get an appointment.
