I think we to turn to the D.t.C. and aske where is all their funding going,and can they do cut backs and put more funding up to help with what the D,D,C, is on about. We all are having to make cut backs at this time ,mywife and myself like you have to think before parting with the money,"Do we realy need that,before geting it,and if we think beween us no then we do not get it,in the same way the councils must think that way,and at this time that is what the district are doing,none of us like it but that is the way it right now,but it will not always be like that.But I think at this bad time we all need to help each other andnot keeping looking to gave out blame to. Thats what happen in the war and just after and it worked,
