As everyone has computers on here, is everyone aware of youtube? There are many articles on here regarding Dover, as well as the other Dover`s in the U.S. youtube is the greatest thing since sliced bread, and almost anything about anything can be viewed on there. If you want to see the Shakespeare beach/Marine station area in 1950, with the houses etc, just type in southern steam days at dover. There`s parts 1 & 2 for you to savour, and you don`t have to be a railway enthusiast. It`s pure Dover. Maybe someone may recognise a face on Peggy`s crossing as a special goes past conveying President Auriol of France to London on 7 March 1950. You can put Dover or anything on youtube free for the whole world to see!!! Enjoy.
