  Is this shit April's fool paid for by the increase in the price of stamps? Perhaps that money could have been better spent employing a member of staff so it doesn't take two hours of queuing to tax my car.

  The choice is yours. Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer the waits and pauses of the Post Office counter queue or by transacting on-line in the shade end them.
