    I note from today's Telegraph that one can self-identify as a cat - and anyone mocking this is, obviously, despicable (along the lines of 'don't you laugh at my mule'). What I want to know is, if you identify as a cat, do you then qualify for half-price bus fares and do you have the right to sit on people's laps and brush round their legs without a by-your-leave?
