Um; I have what feels like a bit of a silly question - are your house lights dimmer than usual or is it just me? I don't think it applies to our LED ones, but the rest just don't seem as bright as they ought to be. Coincidentally we had a couple of power cuts in Whitfield at the end of last week and I think it started after that.

Have you got a multi meter to be able to test the circuit voltage?
LEDs require lower voltage so symptoms suggest reduced voltage.
