    Change the tune,From my experience in Dover yesterday it is obvious the councillors we have are not doing a good job.Its put me off ever taking my small Granddaughters into town.I had a forty minute wait for a bus when I arrived in Pencester .and. What did I see and hear a group of eight drunken drugs or booze having a fight with another group of six men and women.also stoned .
    I walked down Biggin Street to get a taxi and outside Hinds. the jewellers four more sleeping rough.
    Dover is not a nice place to be ,as for walking across Pencester to get to Marks no way .
    If we have all these Councillors its time they sorted these problems.Town and District .
