  I believe nearly all the very top bosses need sacking and a supermarket boss should be brought in to show how to efficiently run our hospitals.
  
  As the saying goes too many Chiefs not enough Indians, an example it is all very well having an expensive much needed piece of equipment but it needs enough trained staff to run it 24hrs a day.
  
  Bring back the old fashioned convalescence homes to ease bed blocking thus freeing up hospital beds and queuing ambulances.
