    The difference or trouble is we now need more staff to treat the medical issues that even a couple of years ago would have resulted in us dying or having life changing problems.

    The problems that can arise are possibly due to inadequately trained medics. An example being a local GP who could not tell the difference between scarlet fever and heat rash even though it was obvious to the toddler's mother
