  (Though 'obviously' it was released during the time of CoronaVirus to 'bury' bad news!).
  
  Loadsa people apparently were too stupid or too lazy to regularise their position in the UK!
  
  Bit like my father. Allowed to drive a car (before driving tests).
  
  HMG requires license to drive car. Gets one. Not surprised if pulled up by Mr Plod that needs to show authority to drive and would have been driving illegally here f had not got one.

  Faults on both sides but the Government could have been more sensitive and lenient so if nothing else they were morally in the wrong.
