    I never answer a phone call from a withheld number, never answer a call from a number I don't recognise, delete any email I'm not expecting without opening.

    Probably why I have no friends

    If you are never too sure, stick the number or email into Google and 99% of the time, someone will tell you exactly what sort of scam it is
