doesn't really tell you much apart from maybe the final parts of the letter

If it did happen perhaps we could be approaching the pothole problem from a different angle which would even up the cars suspensions that are currently being damaged.

The difference is Brian that they used to march along them in sandals and their chariots were also a little lighter than the modern vehicles.
