  Harassment, bullying and intimidation are unacceptable under the ministerial code. She admitted to swearing and shouting at her employees, most of whom are probably more capable, intelligent and far-sighted than she will ever be.
  
  In a commercial or industrial management role, she wouldn't have lasted 5 minutes. Vive the kindergarten cabinet. Laughing Boy's big boy pants didn't stay on for long.
