  The only question is when will the great unwashed be able to buy their own house in the first place. Surely the time has come to make it a lot easier to get a mortgage for all those who can easily afford the monthly repayments.

  
  
  Can't happen, too many people, too few houses, its called supply and demand.
  
  At this rate we'll soon have concreted over the whole countryside. We need to control population numbers not build more houses.
