  Nearly right Bob I worked in a Freight Forwarders before we even joined the "Common Market" and about 50% of the staff were young chaps/chapesses from Germany, Holland, Switzerland and Austria because they were our main markets and our agents there liked to get their staff fluent in our language and way of working for their future promotion prospects. The same system happened in reverse to a lesser degree.
