  Up to a point Lord Copper! If you read the report by the BBC here:- http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-42055523 you will see that after the usual biased reporting the final line says:-
  
  It is also investigating spending by the anti-Brexit campaign Britain Stronger in Europe.
  
  But that doesn't fit into the popular narrative does it?
