    We can safely expect a few ministerial resignations later but the PM will take the agreement to the summit later in the month and it will all be signed off then. Next month it will go before the commons who will doubtless reject it and we will back to square one. There is not enough time to oust the PM and get someone in to things differently so it is no wonder that Premier Foods are stockpiling raw materials.
