Not much has changed after all this time, could it be that those on both sides of the argument are in as much of a quandary as the rest of us as to what will happen.
It would be of benefit to everyone if the terms of this agreement were explained in a couple of simple sentences to us mere mortals instead of conjecture, confusion, confrontation and downright lies.
