    The second petition in 3049 stresses the rights of citizens from member states to stay here after we leave and the same applies to UK citizens in the EU. However that is dependent on Parliament passing what most see as a polished turd into law which seems unlikely.

    The PM made a promise to those people but it is unlikely she will be around to protect them and if we renege on the £39 billion then our citizens in the EU may get the order of the boot.
