  Which makes it impossible for the public to know the truth. How many times has our press comtitted libel and not been held to account because of those very high costs.
  As to the rape accusation I would still like to hear why the police never told Charlie about the allegation when he was first arrested and why the case was not taken up, is a trial still in the offing?
