When there is a election and MPS are no longer MPS till they get voted in again , do their wages stop till they are voted back in?

As far as I am aware for salary purposes they are still an MP whilst the campaign goes on and I believe they get some sort of severance package when they get voted out.

No they are not MPS now even the PM has gone it is the Queen now running things, so in my way of thinking they should not be getting paid anything.

Good news. As far as I am aware we've got something called 'Google' in Deal! Wonder when it will get to Dover?

I have just posted the image on a Facebook group I am in where we get a lot of information requests when the answers can easily be found on Google

Thanks Keith. While you are there I'm hoping to get a train up to London on Tuesday. Have you any idea what the first train I can get from Deal to St Pancras getting the full discount from using a Senior Rail card?

To answer Captain Haddock, you can get an off-peak return on the 0836, changing at Ashford, or on the 0931. The Super Off-peak on the 1031 and later.

Not Scotland Cap'n?
Was sure someone on here was off to Scotland soon, or is that just a red herring thrown in at random to put people off the scent?
