Had a quick look to see if any such thread had already appeared here, found none, so assume this will be news on the Dover Forum.
Ed Miliband today, as reported on BBC news, has defended a top Labour member who in the past publicly associated with, and promoted, a notorious paedophile campaign group.
After being publicly called upon by a journalist to explain his position on recent Daily Mail revelations, he defended 100% everything this person has done in this regard, then refused to discuss the issue further and turned away, to the cheers of a small group of paid-up Labour supporters.
Also involved in the promoting of paedophilia is a Labour MP and another prominent Labour member, ex minister.
These three top Labour members associated with and propagated the Paedophile Inter Exchange (PIE) campaign to allow paedophiles to abuse children as young as four.
Labour has been revealed, hopefully any decent person supporting that party will do the right thing and turn away from them.

Three senior Labour 'grandees' including Battie Hattie were involved as senior figures with the National Council of Civil Liberties which supported the Paedophile Information Exchange which campaigned for legalisation of sex with children.
Since then Chani (whatever her name is) who is the current head of Liberty (which used to be called the National Council of Civil Liberties) has apologised for its previous support fo the paedophiles and disassociated her organisation entirely from that.
The Mail has highlighted this issue which demonstrates the murky past and idiocy of so many of what are now senior Labour figures.
What bothers me more than what Milliminor's attitude is relates to the BBC.
This story shows just how much the biased BBC is in the pockets of the 'Hamstead left' as we might call them.
They totally ignored the story for day after day until they were effectively given permission to mention it when these three Labour figures were forced eventually to issue their own statement.
Do we see them hold their hands up and apologise, as did Chani (whatshername), someone with far less to apologise about on this issue than these three, no - not them. Not a squeek of apology for their appallingly bad judgement and highly suspect morals.
These three need investigating in case there is more if only because mud sticks and they need to clear their names of worse. As for the BBC - time to end the licence fee as this is just another example of their institutional left wing bias in breech of their Charter.

Nothing alleged about it.
It is public record that the NCCL supported the PIE and these three were leading members of the NCCL. As was admitted and apologised for by Chani whateverhernameis.

very old story that crops up every 5 years or so and will continue to re-appear until all involved stop dodging questions on the issue and make it clear their regret for the involvement of the perverts with nccl.

A smeer, no, a valid issue that demonstrates the values and priorities of certain prominent Labour figures. All of which is valid and in the public interest. They thought they could keep quiet about it and it would go away. Look at how the BBC treat Tories for schoolboy indiscretions (or UKIP, look at Farage not long ago), if it were Tories caught like this then the BBC would be screaming blue murder at them. To me that is a more pertinent issue than anything else.

This story was highlighted by the labour M.P. Tom Watson last November in the Daily Mirror..He did not mention names or which party involved..This story was in last Sundays' Mirror written by Carol Malone with names and dates..Notice the connection of the Labour supporting Mirror ? The editor of the Mirror is Kevin McGuire and his sparring partner is Andrew Pierce of the Mail who has been running the story for 5 days...Another connection? For the record, Watson was involved in the alleged vote rigging scandal in Falkirk last year, actually the candidate who was selected by dubious means and who resigned was Watsons'office manager..Miliband and the Labour leadership called in the Police ,during the investigation Watson resigned/sacked from the N.E.C...Another connection? They say revenge is best served cold.....

You'll have to follow the link to find what it's about as it doesn't allow copy and paste.

Milipede hasn't distanced himself from the paedophile supporters in his party.

there is no suggestion that any of harman, dromey or hewitt supported such behaviour, their serious error was in turning a blind eye to the presence of p.i.e.
the error is now compounded by not issuing an apology.

I think if the media want to have a go at these politicians, theirs plenty of things to use.
But branding them supporters of kid abuse is just low and untrue
