    Gary I remember well the email conversations we had at the time and I tried to put you in touch with Charlie as I agreed that your experience was a travesty. I do sympathise and wish there was something I could do.

    In issuing a general challenge to provide data to back up Keith and Howard's assertions I was not denying that there are many deserving cases such as yours, where living standards are declining and you are under pressure from the faceless bureaucrats.

    Please don't paint me as an insensitive right-winger, Keith, cos I ain't.
