    Excellent reviews. Perhaps if a few people read it and get a bit of a grasp on what happens in debt 77meltdowns ( see also Manias, Panics and Crashes: A History of Financial Crises - Kindleberger) I won't have to put up with persistent whining about 'bailing out bankers' and 'years of unnecessary austerity'
