    Well, leaving aside the fact that a lot of people would have voted Red (presumably having worked out and agreed with what they stand for), this scenario is a product of our First Past The Post system. We did have a national referendum on whether or not to change it, if you recall, and a majority said "no, it's cool, let's keep it". So that's all right then.
