  Not sure why you put this on the politics forum Bob but moving on from that the reason for this vanity project is for top notch city financiers to get to a meeting at a Northern Powerhouse event 30 minutes quicker.
  
  I may be slow off the mark but if they delayed all meetings by half an hour a lot of money would be saved.

  The financiers jumping ship will probably be using the Deutsche Bahn and the SNCF after Brexit Howard so it could be deemed a teeny bit political!
  
  Rather than delaying meetings by half an hour why not suggest that anybody wishing to get there sooner should leave half an hour earlier!!
