No way will Starmer delete this. It's his legacy, too, as his wing of the party joined in with the media and used it to batter Corbyn during the last election. Corbyn, rather than fight it, caved in. When Labour then virtually handed control of policy to the BoD and the JLM the game was up. Now, any time an MP or party official so much as whispers anything remotely connected to 'Israel' or 'Palestine', the BoD and JLM will issue statements of outraged condemnation, John Mann will wheel into any radio and tv news programme that'll have him, and Laura Kuenssberg and her ilk will issue 'analyses' of 'anti-semitism in the Labour Party'. When Starmer reprimands, demotes, expels or cancels yet another MP or member, it'll be 'clap for Keir' from these and all the old Labour suits. This athlete's far too old and, with that hamstring, will continue to limp.
