    Mike Tapp tweets: "It's infuriating that other towns and cities get to use "#LevellingUpFund" to improve their town centres, whilst #Dover has to use it to plug the holes in KCC finances after over a decade of mismanagement and failure to improve the road infrastructure" in response to the news that £45m has been allocated for Dover [Port] to improve the flow of traffic from the UK to the EU – with more border control points and a new exit route to help the port operate more efficiently and reduce congestion on local roads. Oh dear!
