    Yes funny how they apposedGrammar schools and Dare I say private education failed to realise if you are fortunateenough to have a child who passes a scholarship as I’n my case I still paid

    through KCC Tax for other people’s children to be educated.?
    So it is for parents who pay for their children to be educated privately but still pay their rates to KCC
    The funniest thing I read this week .The deputy Leader of DDC who is a teacher by the way was not on track as it were with the starting of the Fast Track bus service.Not much home work there.
    Never shout unless you are sure of your facts is my motto.Leafy River will still get one bus an hour and half of the time they will be empty after the early rush.
    Where are the Labour Councillors for the St Radigunds Ward.I feel sorry for people who reside there as they should have a dedicated service as they did years ago .The 129.
