  Nobody will want to remove winter fuel allowance, but at least they're having an honest discussion about the need to make savings to cover the financial black hole that they inherited. What interests me is how they deal with the pushback - there will be rebels and they'll have to face them down. Being in government means being unpopular for the most part! But my overriding feeling is thank goodness we have adults in charge again.
