This is EXACTLY why the Labour Party has been "overtaken" by an avalanche of new members. The members, due to Jeremy Corbyn's grassroots ethos, now have a much greater say on how the party runs itself (for instance: the 2017 manifesto). Grassroots representation is now rife across the party and it is no longer a top-down oligarchical party, it is a democratically organised.
Those 'pretend' Labour that you refer to, would they be the ones at, for instance, Haringey that failed to represent the aims of the Labour Party as stipulated by Labour members?
