  Thank you for that, I had imagined that the PM appoints and dismisses ministers.
  
  I can understand coppers referring themselves to The Complaints and I suspect that, at some stage, we have all wanted independent confirmation that yesterday's party really happened and was not just a strange dream. But I am struggling a bit with the notion of Boris deciding to have his own dismissal of a minister investigated - isn't this trick-cyclist territory?
