Found in the article the only MP relevant to Dover ....
"How many foreign trips has your MP accepted?
Enter your postcode, or the name or constituency of your MP
Charlie Elphicke didn't declare any foreign trips in the Register of Members' Financial Interests in the year since the 2017 election.
The register of interests does not include ministerial costs or trips taken as part of delegations including NATO and the Council of Europe."

I try to be neutral and polite but it is hard and getting even more difficult at times.

My former MP Mike Gapes had a freebie to Saudi Arabia, why the Saudi government think an opposition bankbencher is worth over £8, 000 is beyond me.

He is the Chair of the Foreign Affairs select committee. Money well spent by the Saudi's I would think.

Most people who have been to Saudi on business would not see a free trip there as something worth having. Not a particularly congenial place to visit.
