What were the odds on Ladbrokes being a top lobbier?
I fairness to Chas Elphicke, he had made no secret of it and it is a RHA sponsorship paying for a staff member to look at haulage issues in and around Dover.

Absolutely, I see nothing cloak-and-dagger about this at all. The RHA will not want its members hanging about, and neither do we.
