Interesting times for sure, I would not advertise the Spurs fan at the moment, could be seen as a sign of poor decision making ;)

i'm not so sure it is posturing, ed miliband has no leadership qualities and his party is drifting with no coherent alternative policies to the coalition.
we know that the late bob crow was unhappy with the reds over their european stance so if his successor is of the same mind then their money put together with unite could finance a new party.

Howard if it was anything but posturing they'd start a new party now, before the election. Its just a threat to Ed to toe the Unite line, interesting to see how he responds.

Action and reaction
The union will not keep paying for a party that will not support there views.
You Pay the pipers, you call the tune.
The unions have been under attack for years, in one way or other .
Would the rich bankers keep paying for the conservative party if that party never supported there paymasters ?

Great idea. It might steal even more votes from the useless labour party giving them even less influence over crucial matters which affect us all. Let's face it labour are a dead duck. They deserve that status. A cobbled together clan of professional career politicians who serve their apprenticeship in local government and mid management public sector jobs banging on about cuts, climate change and food banks. What an appalling prospect if these muppets manage to get back into power.
I mean they must be rubbing their collective hands in glee at the prospect of hundreds of jobs disappearing from the coal sector so that the useful idiots can say that they are helping to save the planet.

Not a peep from Miliband on this issue for obvious reasons.

It is very sad about more coal mines going we in the UK ARE SITING ON OVER 500YEARS OF COAL POWER which if mined in a safe way would bring 1000s of new jobs and give 1000s of our young folks a very good trade.
I have been saying this more many years now coal mining can e done a lot safer now then years ago and we need to get them open up again and stop importing coal.

The safe way is CBM extraction, which many confuse with fracking.
