    Very cynical of Cameron now to boast that the Tories are the only party to promise a referendum. Here's a man who has burnt the trust of his voters on a bonfire of opportunism.     Before the last election I believed Cameron's promise of a referendum. Now I don't. To quote Nietzsche: "I'm not upset that you lied to me, I'm upset that from now on I can't believe you."
