they have spent decades helping to destroy British culture so their friends can have cheap imported labour and massif expensive rental property portfolios, now they're surprised they are becoming a detached party .

Exactly what is British culture? Is it back to the times when we had surfs or is is the present day when almost anyone from any background can (through hard work) be in the position to employ "cheap imported labour".
