  I think Charlie has played his cards right on this one
  It's his party that is letting him down
  Charlie needs to be able to defend himself and get this issue sorted
  Whoever is holding this up be it the police or his govt then they need to decide to take whatever action is required
  
  Howard's correct labour only has a very outside chance of getting anywhere near the tories then only if Charlie is still outside the party
  And the tory right wing start to remove t may.
