Dover's Bronze Age Boat is discovered during construction work for the A20

The world's oldest known seagoing boat, estimated to be around 3,000 years old, was discovered by workers (alongside archaeologists from the Canterbury Archaeological Trust) while constructing the A20 road link between Folkestone and Dover.
