    Dover could learn from the fact that Boulogne encourage visitors by having 3,600 car parking spaces and most of them FREE !!!!!

    see above. You pay through the nose to park in Dover..everywhere..with much heavy handed parking ticket delivery from traffic wardens with one agenda..to penalise!
