    Yes the response was to the statement from Sue that Dover is lagging behind. For a small town Dover has had more investment than anywhere else that I can think of in the UK.

    If the perception is that it is still lagging behind then there comes a point when you have to stop throwing good money after bad and just accept Dover is what it is and try and joy it.
