Brian, I think Das Kapital would be a good starting point!

quite a frightening list diane abbott has now joined in, must be tongue in cheek.
if mrs harperson got chosen the sun, mail and express would have a field day, listing all her daft statemtents she has made over the years.
i can only see the brothers as having the credibilty to be leader of a political party
I had no time for Tony B Liar but at least he had a vision, a mission, a passion. Who in the current crop of 'also rans' can make a similar claim?
It doesn't matter who Labour chooses, they will be rudderless and without a map until a man/woman of vision comes up through their ranks.

Sid, Blair was Britain's worst nightmare come true!
Barry, although I understand your views that Labour should get smaller and smaller, may-be become number five party (after Tories, BNP and Libdem respectively), leaving UKIP in first position, still, Ed Balls sems to have the calibre to ... b....s all that up!

bob,give them das boot.
diane abbot a good match for obama.
Brian, Diane has everything that I love about labour going for her.
Hypocrisy - she sent her children to fee paying schools.
Stupidity - she supports homoeopathy.
Ignorance - she ended up apologising for racist remarks about Finnish nurses.
Corruption - she apologised to the House for not declaring earnings.
Having now joined the Labour Party for their bargain rate (£1 for a year) she is certainly getting my vote!

Diane Abbott is about the worst possible nomination. I just dunno...Keef said the more the merrier but its in danger of turning into a farce. Talking about racist remarks ...she said today that all the middle class white guys running all "look alike!" I swear, its all on sky news.
But Im sure it just came out wrong!
and she didnt mean it that way, but could you imagine if it happened the other way around...
I think overall this is a joke and clearly she doesnt have the nuances in word control needed for high office.
Paul, you might think that she is a joke candidate but it looks as though she has got Ed Balls worried....

nah he has just seen bill and ben and weed from the colalition goverment.
Nope, he was saying, "Dianes posterior is at least this big!".
I laughed when I heard D Abbot was a candidate. Genuinely thought it was a joke.

As I'v said, my favoured person was Alan Johnson but he aint standing so will have to see what we get from those that do there name in the hat.
It will be interesting to see if CRUDDAS puts up in the end, a real lefty, if he does will be interesting to see what following he has.
After question time thursday evenings D Abbott is on programme called this week with m portillo, and there politics are poles apart but they often find agreement.
Democracy allows a lot of candidates and the members can decide no bad thing.
Whoever gets it needs to get the party to regroup.
