Yeah, well, you get frosty leaves anywhere in winter. But these were in Dover early this morning, and I think they qualify.

There are some great views of the port and some parts of the town from the cliff and hills around Dover

As you know we was going to move to the highlands last year but things did not turn out we planed so we are going to spend what years we have left in good old Dover the town both myself and my great wife was born in ,in the 1940s but we do not care DOVER has a lot to offer .

Dover isa good looking place ,Apart from town centre.but even that will look better when they have completed the town hall up from that needs to be pulled down. In my way of thinking anyway.

Western Heights
Just claimed my pension for the first time - yes, I have lived here all that time! I went for a walk around the WH yesterday and wow! Its massive. All these years and I’ve never bothered. One heck of a place, I had no idea the forts etc were that big. I want to see more of it. Amazing stuff.

Yes Matey being older and having time on your hands you begin to see and appreciate your surroundings more, despite gradually becoming invisible to many!
