  Interesting- I completed it but increased economic development slightly ( not really much room for manoeuvre!). But reduced museum and also zeroed tourism.
  Definitely got the brain cells rattling!
  I’m glad I’m not making the decisions.

  That is the point really , if you wish to have a particular service then sometimes it could mean cutting other other services.
