22:2530315Not saying they are any good, but this is one of the cheapest around
Plusnet Option 1. £5.99/month inc. free wireless set-up and three months free
Go via website Uswitch* to get the already cheapest Plusnet Value* package at £5.99/month and you get the first three months free - meaning over the 18 month contract the average price is £4.99. To get the deal, just enter uswitch3 in the promo code box on the checkout page. The package has a generous 10GB daytime download limit and unlimited downloads from midnight to 8am. Go over the download allowance during the day and it'll cost you £2 for 2GB.
The speed is up to 8Mbps, with a free wireless router included (£6.99 p&p), though it's worth noting that traffic is quite heavily managed during peak times, so downloaders should expect to have their speeds strangled in the daytime. Provisions have been made for online gamers, however, who should still find it speedy.
You also get free activation with this package but are tied into an eighteen month contract. Existing customers on an older deal can get this, even in contract, though won't get the free wireless equipment and will have to start a new eighteen month contract.
It's worth noting that if you're in the 20% of the country that can't get this offer (you'll be told when you enter your postcode) you'll only get the first three months at £5.99, after this it'll set you back £11.99/month, meaning you should try elsewhere.
QUICK FACTS. Speed: Up to 8Mbps Download Limit: 10 GB Modem & Connection Fee Included: Yes (subject to 18 month contract & £6.99 postage charge) Migration Fee for switchers: None Technical Support Phone Costs: 4p (Geographical 0114) Traffic Shaping: Yes, strong
Been nice knowing you :)

08:1530337Vic I still think that these internet packages are still relatively low cost. The ones mentioned by Scotchie there represent good value. If you weigh how you might spend your time if your are/were not online you would probably spend more money doing something else. It is still a relatively cheap pursuit..a good time filler and your voice is heard too....a double whammy of joy there!
There was a feature on Radio 4 this morning about how much money you can save by being online...far outweighs the costs. They were talking about a new initiative to get everyone online in the best way possible, as obviously some of the poorer members of society are excluded and losing out...which nobody wants.

19:4331631Well lets get back to this game on Tusday night i will be there,I know alot about football
So I will tell you if Dover do not win that night they will be out of the running to take top spot.
Lets just take alookat the top four clubs.
(1) Newport county p 13 won 9 d 4 lost 0
(2) Dover p 14 -- 9-- 2------3
(3) Thurrock ---13---- 8---4-----1
(4)B/Stortford---------13-----7----3-----3
So there you have it If newport County keep going like they are they will be top.Second could be Dover or Thurrock.
The way I see it is if Dover do not win they will not win the league.Still done very well but will still be in the Blue Square south next year.

20:2731640they are only a third of the way through the season.
one defeat will not mean much in the great scale of things.
i think that people are expecting too much of our local team, they are now victims of their own success.
with the amount of games played at non league level there is little time for the manager and players to get together and discuss what is going wrong and what can be done to put it right.
let us not forget they also have proper jobs too.
