How refreshing to read the comments from my mate John ,Jaquie and Mum of seven. So much common sense there.Praise when its due and a firm hand when children over step the mark.
Not every child rises to dizzy heights but there is always room to inspire,I know there are many many one parent families mine was not out of choice but its not the childrens fault and the one parent has to make up for it.
John me old mate saw your rear when i came through the station last night .My train was late in from Ashford.Another long day.

Thank you mumofseven

- at last someone else has agreed with me! I'm sure we're not the only ones either.
There's always a little truth behind every "Just kidding", a little emotion behind every "I don't care" and a little pain behind every "I'm ok".

Sue I am a little concerned about your looking at mens rear, especially as i wasn't at work yesterday, yesterday am shopping,pm delievered 550 leaflets to the good people of Tower Hamlets about Dogs mess,250 to go including yours Mandi, came over had some tea then off to Astor School with my Mum to see IT SNOWS a brilliant if not contreversial show performed as always excellently by Astor Student, the question is who's rear was it,you can tell mine as I am the one with a pert little b*m.
If you knew what I know,we would both be in trouble!

That's very good news Vic; I'm sure there are other very successful business in Dover - Megger for one, then of course Viking Recruitment, helping to make Dover a Maritime Centre of Excellance.
Pfizers seem to be doing pretty good too.
Lots of Dover businesses are successful, depends I guess on their levels of success.

Roger. Thank you for that, you see where I am coming from what we need to do is get the companys on our side to see what they can do for our town and district and schools and that will take alot more then me going on about it. I think Mr Walkins could help by going around and talking to them, He might have done that to some of them but I know no one has been out to see Mr Cook and the very good set up he has out there,Dover and the district is on the move now, and some of us and that is me too have gave the district council a bashing in the years gone by, but they have carried on with their plans even if that has been very slow at times and are winning and geting more support from the public, and again the Town council is also on the move and need our support to
IF and it is a very BIG IF only the two councils could work along side each other it would help.
Well that is about all I can say about it.
I remain as always yours faithfully Vic Matcham

Well im pleased to say Vic is correct because at first I too thought a company in Shepway,so i looked up my Electoral register and there was the entry Fernfield Lane Hawkinge which of course is in the ward I represent. The three properties in that part of the lane are in our district.
The River ward is very large.
