i understand your reasoninng barry, too often companies get obsessed with turnover figures.
surely the margin on each transaction is more important, and the time to look after the new business properly.
getting back to the original issue of reliance on computers, do you have a back up manual system to tide you over until the i.t. system is back, up and running?

I have a daily backup done of my pc and a business recovery plan in case of emergencies/systems failure, a regulatory requirement. I do not keep paper clients files as my scanned systems are more secure with the security measures I have in place. Even in the event of a fire wiping out the office I could be back up and running within 48 hours howard....
