14:2667024A Downing Street announcement made a few minutes ago:
""""The Prime Minister and Mrs Cameron are delighted to announce the birth of their fourth child, a baby girl. Both the baby - who was born weighing 6lbs 1oz - and Mrs Cameron are doing very well. The PM and Mrs Cameron would like to thank the doctors and nurses at the hospital for their help and kindness.""""
They have no name yet.
Anyone like to guess or make suggestions.
In the USA 'Tory' is a girls name!

15:3167028Name suggestions:
Margaret
Bluebell
Now here's a thing. I looked up what you get when you mix blue and orange (ConDem) and you get brown.
Gordon Brown was replaced by a mixture of blue and orange.
It's uncanny!

16:3467036I assume the baby was born at Treliske Hospital in Truro .David Penhagillion was a very popular Liberal MP.He represented Truro .Sadly he died many years ago .So now let us think of Cornish names something celtic I think .What was King Arthurs Lady Called??
I can think of boys names .I wanted my Robert called Tremane but I got out voted on that one .

19:2167070Clementine, after Sir Winston Churchill`s wife. (On second thought`s no, I can hear that dreadful song, Oh my darling......). Tangerine sounds better, (and the song).

22:4867104I don't mean to be churlish but...
do we make this song and dance when Mr & Mrs Average produce child one or two or three or four for that matter?
He may be the current PM but....

23:1567108Possibly what my thought`s are Howard. Like these cardboard cutouts, (celebrities to you), totally unimportant, and hyped up by the empty headed media, creating a facination with it all which is completely false, and not really there.

07:2467120Forget vacious celebs Ross.
PM's young children living in no10 is a rarity, the first being Blair's I believe.
Also this birth follows the sad death of their son, not long ago, so yes it deserves some celebration.

08:0467124Congratulations to them both.
I am with Ross on this one. Report the birth on the news but do we really need so many live reports from outside the hospital.
Bet they do not even mention my soon to be born great grandchild
