"If weather improves I might well go to Southend Tuesday but that's a true supporter"
Sounds more like a "fair weather" supporter to me!

Well at least you managed two sentences with your response Keith instead of the usual one to each and every subject
, but as a political person you should know how important it is to get the wording correct.

I try to be neutral and polite but it is hard and getting even more difficult at times.

Mixed priorities here .I don’t think all Football supporters can afford a meal.To buy a ticket .must be costly to some .Plus travelling to away games.
Going along in all weather .True fans of Dover .

I have no interest in politics Ray
Sadly tonight Dover were poor and lost 4 1.
It's to be a long season ,
Many fans are now looking to see the manager move on.
Home crowds down from around 900 to 500
Probably get lower as season goes on.
Another dismal display

I do not think the chairman or the management are at fought it was the league findings and the big fined and cost of taking away the ten points that done the damage. And now the club cannot pay out for better players. So getting rid of anyone at this time is not a help ,and I am told there would be a very big cost to rid of the manager and it would be wrong move anyway.

As the poster said he's not a supporter or know much about the facts.
They were deducted 12 points !!!!!
The manager is not under contract so no financial issue.
Now, the club could sit back and lose most , if not all games and get relegated , and take no other action which would be fine.
But that's not preparing for the future,
Like I said I don't just go for a meal I'm a real suporter .
On the fine , since it was first announced there has been a number of fund raising activities so I'm sure that figure would have past by now .
I will still, as a true supporter go to Torquay
But that's real supporting since the 60s

You'll have to enlighten me, Reggie. Which parts of Keith's post have so offended your delicate sensibilities?
