    Yes Sandwich is good but Mr Watkins I said most not all ,take River,TEMPLE Ewell parts are in the same st , with two paid clarks, Deal and Warmer both run into each other again two Clarks both have a preset payments, and Dover town parish council preset over 1\4 million pounds a year with just garden allotments to look after yes keep the mayor with a part time sec and vote in by the public.DIS Councils do have to make cuts to make ends meet so lets start with councils, cut back.
